Linjiang Night Market - Juicy Xiaolongbao, super delicious!

In the alley of Linjiang Night Market, there is a stall selling xiaolongbao (Chinese dumplings), which is very popular for both takeout and dine-in! Although the store is small and the seats are limited, the table turnover is very fast.

Their main dishes are xiao long bao and siomai. The skin of xiao long bao is thin and elastic, and the filling is full. When you bite into it, the soup overflows. Be careful not to burn your lips! The siomai are also great, each one contains a fresh shrimp, and is wrapped tightly and firmly! 😋

I personally prefer xiao long bao because they have a juicy taste, which is really unforgettable! 😆😆
