Taipei Linjiang Street Super delicious lemon cold noodles

On a hot summer day when I can't eat, all I want is a bowl of cold noodles. I passed by this cute place called "Lemon Old House Mixed Noodles." Since there was no need to wait for a table, I went in.

I ordered the Lemon Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles set. It comes with two small pickles, a slice of preserved lemon, miso soup, and a poached egg. You can choose the doneness of the egg 🍳

The cold noodles were thin, perfectly firm and chewy, not at all mushy 🥢
The sauce was a sweet and sour Japanese soy sauce, paired with the slightly spicy Thai-style shredded chicken. There was also a soft-boiled poached egg. It was incredibly satisfying to eat both in one bite. The portion size is small, perfect for women, but men might need to order more 🤣

The space inside isn't big, with about ten seats. Order by scanning a QR code on your phone.
