New Korean Bistro and Bar "Purple Hibiscus" is coming

Purple Hibiscus is a brand under the hotpot Zhujian Group. It opened in Taichung and started business with Korean barbecue. With the fierce battle of Korean barbecue in Taipei, it chose to go north in June this year to start with a new type of restaurant and pub. I think the obvious differentiation also leads to a trendy sensory experience💕
🌟 Focus on breaking through the framework of traditional Korean food, integrating classic Korean flavors, and the free but rich side dishes are amazing at the beginning! Different from casual pickled food, every side dish can be felt with care. The potato and egg salad was impressive. The gift of a glass of Chinese beer for each person who checked in was very sincere and showed the domineering attitude of a latecomer. It made me look forward to the food!
🌟I ordered Mapo Snow Nong Beef Bone Pot, Handmade Cuttlefish Sausage, Jeolla Copper Plate BBQ-Beef, Volcano Eruption Grilled Rice Balls (Must Order), Seongsudong Fried Squid. Although I didn't order it, every table must order Gangwon-do Crab Roe Cheese Baked Egg. I'll try it if I have a chance. Each dish is moderately sized and very good. I definitely want to come again😋
