Sometimes the meaning of travel is not to see things in a hurry, but to slowly feel the beauty of every moment in a city. This time, I chose to stay at the Renaissance Taipei Shihlin Hotel, allowing myself to escape from the busy daily life and enjoy a relaxing vacation🏖️

When booking the room, I was very lucky to be upgraded to the executive lounge service, which gave me access to the Club Lounge. From 5pm to 7pm, red and white wine and champagne are freely available, paired with exquisite side dishes. Just staying here will make you feel so happy that you don’t even need to go out.

The room offers a view of the mountains. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can see lush green forests as soon as you look up, which greatly relaxes your body and mind. The hotel is very close to the center of Taipei City, quiet in the bustling city and convenient for travel. What excited me most was the infinity pool, which seemed to be integrated with the mountains and forests. Swimming here is simply a rare enjoyment.

On this trip, I no longer rushed through the itinerary, but strolled leisurely through every corner of the hotel, or stared blankly at the window of the room, or sunbathed by the pool, allowing every feeling to calmly return to my heart. Renaissance Taipei Shilin Hotel is not only a place to stay, but also a witness to a leisurely time. If I have the chance next time, I will definitely come again!
