You can see it right away when you go up the escalator
I arrived a little after 1 o'clock and was able to enter right away
Jeomsulu is perceived as a slightly higher-end restaurant (compared to Din Tai Fung), so you can enter without waiting for lunch on weekdays.

I ordered truffle mushroom xiaolongbao (xiaolongbao/xiaolongbao), X0 bibim
noodles, and X0 xiaolongbao. After draining the meat juice from the soup,
add a little ginger to remove the gamey smell and let the meat juice flow
and then eat the meat juice in one bite!
Truffle xiaolongbao has a strong truffle flavor
and another bite for the texture!
X0 soup has a slightly spicy flavor
so it balances out the flavor that can easily be greasy!
In fact, the reason I eat it with bibim noodles
is because it goes well with soup that can easily be greasy
and it tastes great when eaten alone.

If you have a long wait at Din Tai Fung or want to eat delicious soup, I recommend this place.
