Ximending, the most lively area in Taipei, where you can walk around without getting bored.

The whole street is full of shops, both restaurants, souvenirs, snacks, milk tea, and what is indispensable is the clothing and shoe shops. There are many to choose from, almost every famous brand, both street brands, local brands to international brands. Each shop is large and has many floors. Walk around and you will definitely find something to bring back. 🛍️

Or if you walk in the alleys, you will always find hidden shops. The weather when we went in early April was cool and comfortable. The streets were clean and easy to walk because it was all pedestrian zones. Traveling is also convenient. There is the MRT Ximen Station at the entrance or a 15-minute walk from Taipei Main Station (because we stayed nearby).

If you come to Taipei and want to shop + eat delicious food, Ximending is a must-see.
