Lanterns, Posters & Memories of Beitou

While in Taipei, I visited Beitou Hot Springs Museum, and the hallway filled with lanterns was one of my favorite parts. It created such a festive and cultural mood right at the entrance. Every corner had something to discover.

I found an entire wall filled with vintage movie posters, showcasing how the area was once a hot spot for entertainment and relaxation. It gave a cool retro vibe and helped me imagine what life here was like decades ago. If you enjoy mixing history, art, and quiet charm, you’ll love spending an hour or two here.
