Sisi South Village, the only remaining military dependents' village in Xinyi District

Introduction: Sisi South Village is located in Sanzhangli, Taipei City, Taiwan, approximately in the area of ​​present-day Xinyi Road Section 5, Keelung Road Section 2, Songping Road, and Zhuangjing Road. It was one of the military dependents' villages built by the Kuomintang government after its relocation to Taiwan. The village's residents were all factory workers from the 44th Arsenal of the Joint Logistics Command. Because it is located south of the 44th Arsenal, it was named Sisi South Village, and locals often refer to it as "South Village."
