Yangmingshan National Park — TPE

Yangmingshan National Park is a popular national park near Taipei, known for its volcanic landscapes, seasonal flower fields, hot springs, and nature trails. Highlights include Xiaoyoukeng, a sulfur steam vent; Qingtiangang, a vast green grassland perfect for leisurely walks and scenic views; and the Flower Clock, a favorite photo spot for tourists. During spring (February–March), cherry blossoms and Calla Lilies bloom beautifully. The park is open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with free admission (except for certain zones). It has been recognized as the world's first Urban Quiet Park by Quiet Parks International. Getting there is convenient: take the R5 or 260 bus from MRT Jiantan to Yangmingshan Bus Terminal, then transfer to bus 108 to explore various spots.
