美福 Hotel's Colorful Buffet Dinner

Finally, the long-awaited Colorful Buffet Dinner is here! 🥳 August was so packed with activities that I could only schedule one dinner 😓

Exclusive dinner items at 美福 include Argentinian red shrimp and hand rolls in the fresh seafood section, as well as mantis shrimp and grilled oysters in the hot food section, now available on both weekday and weekend dinners.

Lamb chops are now served during both lunch and dinner, and the scallop risotto has been replaced with a scallop seafood rice bowl.

Other buffet items seem slightly scaled down compared to lunch, but thankfully, there are still plenty of delicious options.

Tonight's grilled oysters were smaller than usual, but still fresh and sweet. I happily devoured 10 of them!

The creamy mantis shrimp was as fresh as ever, with the meat easily coming off the shell with just a fork 😸

I also enjoyed a bowl of their signature beef soup and a bowl of wagyu consommé—so satisfying ❤️

The fruits were very sweet, and the desserts had some minor changes!

The dinner was fully booked tonight! I heard the dining vouchers are about to expire, so make your reservations soon!
