Bar hopping recommendation! HANKO 60 in Ximending

HANKO 60 greets you with a retro facade resembling the "New Voice Theater," but once you step inside, it's a whole different world! Dim lighting paired with a neon sign at the bar that reads "Dreamy and Drunken" instantly transports you back in time.✨

The space here is quite spacious, whether you prefer high stools, round tables, or the long bar counter, it's perfect for comfortably chatting with friends.🤫 The highlight is their cocktails! With nearly a hundred options, including 66 signature creations, every drink is served in specially designed glasses or containers, making it Instagram-worthy!📸 Plus, the flavors are meticulously crafted, ensuring a top-notch experience!👍🏻

We tried two of their signature cocktails:
* Autumn - Dreamy and Drunken: Just like the bar's name, this cocktail is made with rum, peach, and rose salt, offering a refreshing and fizzy sensation. Served in a vase-like ceramic container, it's stunning!🌸 Perfect as a starter drink, the peach aroma is prominent but not overly sweet, while the rose salt's hint of saltiness enhances the fruitiness, creating a well-balanced taste.

* Ximending: Made with Earl Grey vodka and starfruit juice, the flavor surprisingly resembles hawthorn candy!😳 It's light and refreshing, with a smoky effect that makes it perfect for photos!💨 The sweet and sour taste of starfruit pairs well with the aroma of Earl Grey tea, and the vodka's alcohol content is mild, making it easy to drink.

Since we hadn't had dinner yet, we ordered two dishes:
* Salt and Pepper Chicken Cartilage: Crispy and flavorful, the seasoning is just right—not too salty. The cartilage is crunchy and pairs excellently with drinks! The portion is generous enough for two people to share.

* Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek Milanese Risotto: The beef cheek is tender and melts in your mouth, with a rich beefy sauce that perfectly blends into the risotto. Every bite is full of flavor. The risotto's texture is just right—not too wet or dry. Although the portion isn't large, the taste is outstanding!
