#TaiwanTravel The Master Spicy Noodle, a ramen restaurant in the Zhongshan district of Taiwan, was a place I had my eye on after reading many reviews. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was nearly full, but there were a few tables available. We were able to sit right away without having to wait in line. Every table has a basket for you to place your bags, which is a nice touch, as you don't have to put them on your chair.

The menu can be ordered via QR code or printed menus. If you're a foreigner, you can ask for the printed menu, which is in English. However, if you want to see pictures, you can scan the QR code.

The main dishes here are noodles, beef, and a slightly spicy soup with a hint of mala pepper. My favorite item, and probably the highlight of this place, is the duck blood, which is served in small bowls. I must say, it's incredibly delicious! It's soft and juicy, with a great texture! Noodles and soup are served separately.
