Ratio Coffee Roasters

Coffee lovers, if you're in Taiwan and looking for a stylish and delicious coffee shop, we highly recommend Ratio Coffee Roasters. It's located just a 5-minute walk from Zhongxio Fuxing Station. They're open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. I don't know what the area is called, but there are plenty of cafes and shopping options. The shop is a single-story building decorated in a minimalist loft style, with white accents and wooden furniture. The shop is quite small, but when we visited, there weren't many people around, so it didn't feel crowded. They offer coffee, desserts, and food. We only ordered coffee because we were going to try the Mala Hot Pot next. We ordered a Hot Latte, which was a bit unexpected since the shop's name is Roasters, meaning they roast their own coffee. It lived up to its expectations: the coffee was delicious. The floral and nutty tones go perfectly with the milky coffee. The shop also sells coffee beans, so we bought some souvenirs to take home from Thailand.
