Taipei First Fish Sushi

The more civilian and cost-effective OMAKASE store in Taiwan already has many branches itself, and you can find them in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. This time we had a set of about HKD550 per person, and added some longleg crab and sake, which ended up costing about HKD1400 per person.
The handling of ingredients throughout the night was quite good, without too many mistakes. Especially the choice of seasonal sashimi, selected very well, so ENCORE left an extra piece of saury, than Hong Kong and Macau area to eat relatively plump.
This is the second time to eat, the first time in Kaohsiung, this time at Taipei Shin Kong Mitsukoshi store, convenient after eating, directly to Fakesober drinking.
Quite a good experience.
