The Sulphur Valley Trail, perfect for families

On a cold day, I'm dying to soak in a hot spring. But if I can't, just looking at the Sulfur Valley, where white smoke billows year-round, will warm my body and soul!

Sulfur Valley boasts a rich geological environment of igneous and sedimentary rocks. With its constant plume of white smoke, it creates a truly magical scenery, similar to Hokkaido's Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley.

The well-planned trails in Sulfur Valley are perfect for families. You can stroll to the Longfeng Valley Visitor Center, which has clean restrooms and a small classroom where you can learn about the geological structure of Yangmingshan National Park.

If you're taking public transportation, I highly recommend taking the MRT to Xinbeitou Station and walking all the way up. You can also explore Central New Village along the way for a fantastic half-day trip to Beitou!
