As the "tallest building in the Central Plains," Greenland Center Qianxi Plaza occupies 29,181.7 square meters and, upon completion, will have a total construction area of ​​250,000 square meters. The various components of Greenland Center Qianxi Plaza are symmetrically and balanced, appearing double-height in the lake's reflections. The structure, curtain wall, and other facilities utilize green, energy-efficient, and recyclable architectural designs. The design draws inspiration from the Songyue Temple Pagoda. However, due to its yellowish lighting at night, it's nicknamed "Big Corn" by locals.
