The Yudaokou Pasture Grassland Forest Scenic Area is located in the Bashang Plateau area of the Inner Mongolia Plateau in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County of Chengde City. It is in harmony with the largest royal garden, Chengde Mountain Resort, and has become an important part of the Beijing-Chengde Golden Tourism Line.
This place was once part of the Mulan Hunting Ground, a royal hunting ground in the Qing Dynasty. Historical relics such as the Kangxi Training Platform, the Imperial Fountain, the Woniu Pan, the Tianti Liang, and the Ancient Imperial Road contain rich royal cultural connotations of the Qing Dynasty.
At the same time, it also has typical biological multidisciplinary characteristics, and is truly "the source of water, the hometown of clouds, the world of flowers, the ocean of forests, and the paradise of rare birds and animals."
It has a cold temperate continental monsoon climate, and summer and autumn are the best seasons for travel.

Yudaokou Grassland Forest Scenic Area is a protected natural region in Chengde, Hebei, known for its lush forests, wide grasslands, and biodiversity. It plays an important role in eco-tourism and environmental conservation.
