The first Michelin-listed breakfast restaurant - Fuhang Shaobing

This restaurant really has a long queue all the time. It is very famous in Taipei. The prices are slightly higher, and the order is taken quickly. You can see the chef busy making the food through the glass window.
It is recommended to go near noon on non-holidays as there will be fewer people, but even though there are fewer people, it will take about 30 minutes to queue. The salty soy milk is highly recommended and tastes like tofu pudding. The fried dough sticks are very crispy. Many people like their thick sesame seed cakes with a salty and sweet outer skin. One is very filling. I personally prefer thin sesame seed cakes with a very fragrant skin. The soy milk is also a must-try as it will make the tofu skin float.
