A Laid-back Nature Getaway!

2 weeks ago, I have visited the Burmese Pool while in Taiping, popularly known as Kolam Renang Batu Besar, it's situated in the rainforest of Taiping, Perak.
Burmese Pool is a natural rock formation that forms a series of pools and is fed by a stream that descends into a waterfall, originating from the Batu Tegoh River. There have several footpaths lead higher up of the hill and deeper into the forest surrounding the stream and the Burmese Pool, you can hiking up or trekking through the forest.
The place has a connection with beautiful nature, I really love the sound of cascading water coupled with the tranquil, lush environment!
The Burmese Pool is 2 km away from Taiping Lake Gardens and 1 km away from Taman Botani Perak. It's more convenient to drives there and RM2 for car parking.
