Last week, taking advantage of the beautiful weather, my friends and I visited the famous Chulu Ranch in eastern Taiwan. Upon entering the ranch, we were greeted by a clear blue sky and vast grasslands. The Central Mountain Range stretched in the distance, and the gentle breeze, carrying the fragrance of green grass, instantly soothed us.

• The summer sun is intense, so be sure to bring sunscreen.
• For the best shots of blue skies, white clouds, and greenery, go early in the morning or before 4 p.m.
