Green Island Trip

Make sure to plan a trip to Green Island when you have the chance! This time, I started from Kaohsiung, took a train for about two hours to Taitung Station, and then transferred to a bus heading to Fugang Fishing Harbor. If you plan your schedule well, the entire journey takes about five hours to reach Green Island and officially kick off vacation mode.

The waters around Green Island are incredibly clear, and the scenery is as beautiful as a postcard. The island offers many diving spots, attracting numerous foreign tourists who come specifically for the experience. Besides the natural landscapes, the "National Human Rights Museum" is also worth a visit, providing insights into an important period in Taiwan's history.

If I were to recommend one must-visit spot, it would definitely be "Niutou Mountain"! Although climbing to the top requires some effort, the breathtaking view of the coastline from the summit makes it all worthwhile. Please make sure to hike up and see it for yourself!
