Taitung's famous restaurant with a long queue 😎 Lin's stinky tofu

Lin's stinky tofu is one of the top 2 stinky tofu restaurants in Taitung. My girlfriend and I bought a small portion and immediately bought another one after we finished eating it. The small portion is 60, and the large portion is 120.

The outer skin is slightly crispy, not so crispy that it makes a crunchy texture, but just the right amount of crispy. The inside is tender and the outside is tender. Most importantly, it absorbs the soup and is very tasty.

It is ok to eat with Taiwanese kimchi, which is a little more sour than the usual ones, but we only eat stinky tofu and have no time to eat it with it😆
