Tainan Anyuguang Island Ping's most beautiful health-preserving hot pot: Liangren Cooking Pot

🍲 Near Yuguang Island in Anping District, Tainan, there is a hipster hotpot restaurant called "Liangren Zhuguo". The environment here is matched with pure white wood, bright and comfortable, and the spacious and high-ceilinged two-story design makes people feel relaxed.

From the soup to the ingredients, the store carefully selects fresh ingredients. This time we tried the December limited Christmas set menu, priced at $2,480, which includes American prime wing fillet or Iberian pork (180 grams, choose one), golden chicken (120 grams), seafood platter (2 grass shrimps, 2 abalones, 6 clams, 2 scallops), 2 appetizers, 2 vegetable plates, and a special dessert: cantaloupe ice cream sprinkled with berries.

🥩 The meat is fresh, with an attractive red and pink color. The beef wing plate can be eaten after being boiled a few times. It is tender and delicious. The Golden Chicken comes from Alishan and is fed with corn. Its meat is chewy and thick. The seafood is also fresh and plump, especially the scallops and shrimps, which are so delicious that you can’t put them down.
🍜 For the soup base, I chose the new sesame oil Chinese medicine shochu soup pot and pumpkin cheese heavy milk, both of which are very popular. The shochu pot has a fragrant aroma and tastes just the right amount of saltiness. The base of the pot does not contain alcohol, but a small cup of rice wine is provided for you to add as you like. The pumpkin and milk hotpot is a classic must-order, with rich and smooth pumpkin and milk flavors. This is a highly recommended hot pot restaurant, a great place for family and friends to dine together! 🎉
