If you're a fan of manga or anime, this is a must-visit spot! Located near Hankyu Takarazuka Minamiguchi Station (about a 10–15 minute walk), the entrance fee is 700 yen.
The museum features a rich collection of original manuscripts and video introductions. In the basement, you can even experience animation effects through computer operations.
