In Shanghai! This hotel recommended by netizens is simply the ideal choice

Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund

Just stayed at Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location is top-notch, right next to the Bund. Just a couple of steps out the door and you can see the Bund’s night view, sparkling lights, very romantic. There are also many nearby attractions like Waibaidu Bridge and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, just a short walk away, super convenient.

The stay experience was excellent👍
As soon as I entered the hotel, the lobby’s decor style caught my eye—antique yet modern and exquisite. The front desk staff was very warm, check-in was quick and smooth, and they even gave me a small gift, which felt very thoughtful. The room was flawless, cozy and comfortable, with a soft bed that made me sleep soundly through the night. Plus, the room had huge windows; opening the curtains revealed the Bund view, which was truly a delightful experience.

Great fitness facilities💪
The hotel’s fitness facilities are my favorite. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills and all kinds of workout machines. I worked out every morning, and sweating it out made me feel refreshed instantly. The biggest surprise was the hotel pool—though not large, it was very exquisite with just the right water temperature. I even relaxed on a poolside lounge chair, soaking up the sun while sipping the free drinks provided by the hotel. That feeling was pure bliss.

Thoughtful touches that warm the heart🤗
During my stay, I noticed the hotel room was stocked with various free snacks and drinks, which was a nice surprise. One night when I returned late, the front desk staff even reminded me to stay safe, which felt very caring. These thoughtful details made me feel the hotel staff truly put their heart into serving guests.

Endless nearby attractions to explore🚶‍♂️
Staying at this hotel, the nearby attractions are endless. The Bund night view is stunning with dazzling lights. Waibaidu Bridge is nearby; I walked and took photos there every day, soaking in Shanghai’s romantic vibe. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is a shopping paradise with all kinds of brand stores and snack stalls. I even bought some special souvenirs here to bring back for friends.

Other tips📝
If you want to stay at this hotel, I have a few suggestions. First, book early because the hotel is really popular and rooms might not be available if you don’t book in advance. Second, participate in the hotel’s activities like yoga classes and wine tastings—you can meet many interesting people. Third, definitely try the hotel restaurant; the dishes are excellent, especially breakfast, which offers a wide variety and tastes great.
