Before I knew it, I was in Kansai!!

A two-minute walk from Takarazuka Minamiguchi Station, a hidden bar with a good old Showa-era feel has opened. Its name is "Zukekura, a bar specializing in steamed dishes in a bamboo steamer."
When you step inside the store, you will find a dim, adult atmosphere with counter seats surrounding an open kitchen. Steam from the bamboo steamer wafts through the air. The place is kept clean and comfortable, and it was quiet and quiet.
All the dishes on the menu here are steamed in a bamboo steamer. Their specialties include Chinese cabbage dashi shumai with thickened bean paste, steamed dashi croquettes, and seasonal steamed kudzu tofu, which are healthy yet satisfying, as the flavor of the ingredients is tightly locked in. All dishes are priced from 260 yen per item, so you can enjoy them casually.
For lunch, they also have a "lunch plate full of warm vegetables," which costs about 1,850 yen (tax included) and is nutritionally balanced. It was the perfect volume for a girls' lunch before or after a play, or for a night out.
There are counter seats as well as table seats, and reservations can be made for small groups. It's a small space with about 10 to 15 seats in total, so you can relax and enjoy your time here. Another nice point is that it's non-smoking.
A new steaming experience where you can enjoy the steam from the bamboo steamer and the aroma of the broth at the same time. It was a place that was kind to both the body and the soul, blending in with the retro streets of Takarazuka.
