🍵 A famous Japanese-style cafe in Takayama's old town area 🇯🇵

🌸 Today, we're taking you to the old town of Takayama in Gifu Prefecture. One of the cafes we highly recommend is "Chanome (茶乃芽)," a traditional Japanese-style cafe. The interior is decorated in a traditional Japanese style, creating an incredibly simple and warm atmosphere. There are also plenty of places to sit, take photos, and enjoy some impressive desserts and drinks.
▶️ Despite its small size, the shop has long lines all day long. Their menu items are both eye-catching and delicious. Their Brulee Cheesecake is especially crispy and fragrant, served with ice cream and fruit sauce. Or, for a refreshing touch, try the Mandarin Orange Soda, made with two whole mandarin oranges. It's refreshing and naturally sweet.

• Brulee Cheesecake 🍮 Served with ice cream, this one is absolutely delicious! It's melt-in-your-mouth soft and full of milk and cheese flavors. It's not overly sweet, and the ice cream is delicious, with a fragrant aroma reminiscent of Hokkaido milk. 💛
• Matcha with milk 🍵 I'm not usually a fan of matcha green tea, but this one's flavor isn't overpowering. Not too sweet, easy to drink. I love it 😍💚
• Every taiyaki filling is delicious and crispy! 👏🏻🤎
