Takeo Shrine, Saga Prefecture, Japan, the legendary Choju Shrine

Takeo Shrine (たけおじんじゃ) is located in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture, Japan. It is the oldest shrine in Saga Prefecture and one of the most famous longevity shrines in Japan. Takeo Shrine was built in 735 AD and is dedicated to Takeuchi Sukune, the longest-lived deity in Japan.
