That day, I just intended to find a cup of coffee in the Khao Lak area. I didn't expect anything. But when I stopped by Ocean Man, it was like finding a place that slowed down time a bit. The shop is located on the main hill, not far from the beach. The atmosphere is simple and shady and airy. There are both air-conditioned corners and natural breezes that you don't want to get up from.

We ordered coconut coffee - strong, fragrant, smooth, like the barista knew what kind of coffee we wanted without having to say much. Eat it with soft banoffee cake, it goes well without having to add anything.

The staff smiles a lot, is friendly, and there aren't many people, giving a very peaceful feeling, like we're really getting some rest.

Ocean Man may not be a big or flashy shop, but it's a place that turns our ordinary weekday morning into a time we want to go back to again, to the point where we don't want to go back to Bangkok.
