One-day trip to Tamsui, a super chill city near Taipei

If you are visiting Taipei and want to change the atmosphere to outside the city near Taipei, I recommend this place, Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf.

For Tamsui city, you can come here for a 1-day trip. I recommend coming in the afternoon until the sun sets. The atmosphere in the evening is very good.

This is a fisherman's pier, a bit far from Tamsui Station. You can take an Uber or taxi to get there. The atmosphere is very chill, the wind is very cool, and the view is very good.

As for the area near MRT Tamsui, there is a sunset viewpoint by the sea and an old street selling food and various things for you to walk around before returning to Thailand. You can go and chill.
