Two of my favorite maple leaf hikes to date

For those of you who are looking for a unique maple viewing experience,
Kumano Kodo and Nakasendo are some of the few secret places in Japan where you can hike and enjoy maple leaves.
The maple leaves here are not artificially cultivated on a large scale, but grow naturally, giving the entire area a unique natural charm.

During the season when the maple leaves turn red every year, tourist attractions in Japan are crowded with people (people follow the crowd𠈌…). The maple leaves on the trail seem to become a touch of red in the sea of people. To avoid the crowds, consider strolling along the Kumano Kodo and Nakasendo. The maple leaf trail here is not only picturesque, but also allows you to take unique photos without worrying about being "occupied" by people.
