You can choose to explore the old city on the east side in the morning, then start from the west and north seaside in the afternoon. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to experience Tangier’s diverse beauty~
1️⃣ Cap Spartel
📍 Highlights:
① Cap Spartel Lighthouse: Take photos from afar to up close; every angle offers a different charm. This is also a great spot for birdwatching! The lighthouse ticket costs 50 dirhams, but just viewing from outside is already wonderful~
② The dividing point between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea🪧: Don’t miss this signpost when passing by. Stand in front of it and feel the amazing experience of having the Atlantic Ocean on your left and the Mediterranean Sea on your right!
2️⃣ Africa Point & Hercules Cave
This cave is 4,000 years old, and its entrance resembles the shape of the African continent, making it a popular photo spot for tourists! Inside, the left side is a natural wonder, while the right side features man-made attractions developed later, offering a unique charm~

3️⃣ Achakkar Beach

Walking into the old city feels like stepping into a movie scene✨. It has been a filming location for blockbusters like "007," "The Bourne Identity," and "Mission: Impossible," carrying countless historical stories. On clear days, you can even clearly see Spain across the Strait of Gibraltar to the north🏞️. The old city is full of hidden treasure shops; if you have enough time, take a slow stroll and explore to your heart’s content. In the central square stands a pink mosque 🕌 with a unique design that catches the eye.
4️⃣ The Port North of the Old City
Head to Port de Tanger Ville to enjoy the beautiful harbor views 🌅. The atmosphere here is relaxed, perfect for a walk and photos 📸. You can also admire the bright yellow Grand Mosque, which is very photogenic~
