Recently in Taiwan, all-you-can-eat restaurants have opened one after another, each one more upscale than the other. Xin Yeh Japanese Cuisine, located in Zhongmao, Taoyuan, has long been a familiar brand to Taiwanese people. Compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants, which limit lunch time to about 2 hours, Xin Yeh Cuisine does not provide afternoon tea time on weekdays, so the lunch time is about 3.5 hours, and the price is more affordable. We really ate slowly and chatted while eating, which was very leisurely.

Today's limited edition dish is a traditional Hokkaido dish. It is a large piece of salmon with sake and other seasonings, grilled on a stone slab over a high fire, and then dressed with a variety of fresh vegetables and condiments. It is very delicious 😋, and you have to queue up to get it.

The performance of the rest of the dishes was also above standard. My second favorite was the seared sushi 🍣. I ate three plates to satisfy my appetite.
