One-day tour to see sacred trees, cherry blossoms and the old and new bridges in Lala Mountain

In previous years, I would take tiring flights to Japan to chase cherry blossoms, but this year I just love Taiwan!

I heard that there are cherry blossom viewing spots along Lala Mountain in Taoyuan, especially the Zhongbaling Sakuragi Flower Trail. During the cherry blossom season, the North Cross-Island Highway leading to the Sakuragi Flower Trail is converted into a pedestrian zone. More than 300 Showa cherry trees are planted on both sides of the road, stretching for more than 300 meters, which is a free cherry blossom viewing spot.

Although the winding mountain road is a bit tiring, you can also visit the Baling Bridge and Baling Old Bridge along the way! Because the Baling Bridge is the confluence of the Yufeng River and the Sanguang River, the scenery is magnificent.

The last stop is the Lala Mountain Deep Forest Recreation Area. The sacred trees of Lala Mountain still stand majestically, and it is also a pleasure to visit them according to their numbers.
