[Kurobe Dam] Experience the spectacular water release and magnificent views!

Kurobe Dam is one of the largest arch dams in Japan, located in Toyama Prefecture!

Located at an altitude of 1,500m, from June to October you can see the spectacular release of over 10 tons of water per second♪

The observation deck is especially recommended! Not only can you feel the power of the water release up close, but you can also enjoy a magnificent view of the Tateyama mountain range. Dam curry is also a specialty, so be sure to try it.

Access: About 5 minutes walk from Kurobe Lake Station on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route
Opening hours: Varies by spot (6:30-17:00 is the standard)
