Meidan Bazar is a nice spot in Tbilisi for authentic souvenirs that don't feel cheap or touristy. Tucked underground near the sulfur baths, this small market has a cozy, cave-like atmosphere with stone arches and soft lighting. What I love is that everything here is genuinely Georgian - from the hand-painted ceramics to the woolen felt hats and traditional wooden toys.

The vendors are friendly but never pushy. They are happy to explain how they make their goods. Prices are reasonable, but of course it is a tourist oriented place.

It's small enough to browse in 20 minutes. Perfect for picking up meaningful gifts while escaping the heat in summer or rain in winter.
