#hellohalloween The Georgian Chronicle Monument, nicknamed the "Tbilisi Stonehenge" for its colossal size and layout resembling ancient stone pillars, is one of Tbilisi's most impressive sculptural masterpieces that is often overlooked. The monument consists of sixteen tall pillars of copper and bronze, each reaching a height of about 30-35 meters. When viewed up close, its size is very monumental and gives a strong spiritual impression. The pillar is covered with bas-reliefs that tell the history of Georgia. The upper part of the relief depicts kings, queens, heroes, and important figures from Georgia's 3,000-year-old history. Meanwhile, the lower part depicts stories from the life of Jesus Christ, marking 2,000 years of Christianity in the country.
