Mirror Hall, Golestan Palace 🪞✨ is the crown jewel of Tehran’s royal architecture — a room so dazzling it looks like it’s made of starlight. Every inch of the walls and ceiling is covered in tiny mirror fragments, carefully assembled into floral and geometric patterns that catch the light from giant chandeliers. Step inside, and you’re reflected a thousand times over — past and present dancing in shimmering glass.
Built during the Qajar era, this hall hosted coronations and royal ceremonies, including the coronation of Reza Shah Pahlavi. Even today, it radiates pure royal drama — like walking into a frozen wave of light.
