Muang Komaraphat Temple is located in a village called Dio, Thep krasattri Subdistrict, Mueang Thalang District. It is an abandoned temple under the care of Wat Phra Nang Sang. There is a half body stucco Buddha statue with a damaged head. Villagers believe that it is the spirit of a monk from the reign of King Rama V. who died at this temple. He still resides there to protect the temple. there is also the spirit of Luang Pu Thong residing in the half body Buddha statue.
