Ho Chi Minh City Store Exploration ෆ⃛ Come to Vietnam to eat Taiwanese night market snacks❓

I discovered Taiwanese cuisine in Thao Dien and decided to give it a try. The name of the place sounds like a night market, but the overall atmosphere is more like a bistro. I ordered the chicken cutlet, hot and sour soup, and dan zai noodles, all of which I'd always liked. I didn't think the flavors were Taiwanese at all, more like creative cuisine. The chicken cutlet was tender and delicious, and paired with the pineapple and sauce on the side, it was truly unique! The hot and sour soup wasn't rich enough, and the sauce for the blanched vegetables was a bit sweet.

Overall, the space and atmosphere made it a very comfortable place, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The food itself is a matter of personal preference.
