This is the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, one of the three emperors of Hue.
The others are the tomb of Emperor Minh Mang and the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh..
Emperor Tu Duc was the fourth emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty and reigned for 36 years from 1847 to 1883. He was the emperor with the longest reign among the 13 emperors.
It is the closest to the city and many foreigners visit, so there are shops lined up along the road in front of the tomb.
It is not easy to get there by bus or something like that, so you have to take a motorbike or taxi, but the distance is not too far, so the fare is not too high, and it is not difficult to catch a taxi on the way back.
It is also nice to take a leisurely rest in the shade.
