We have been in business since before Tokushima ramen became popular.

Shortly after the war, it started as a food stall at the foot of Ryogoku Bridge,
and has been in Ginza for half a century.

We have updated the rich soup inherited from the first generation to a modern style,
while continuing to protect the traditional taste.

The secret sauce that has been used since the establishment of the restaurant is the key to the seasoning of the pork belly.

It is not just sweet and spicy, but also exquisitely harmonizes with the soup and noodles.
Side dishes such as handmade char siu, shumai, and gyoza are also popular.
