A little east of Route 11 in Matsushige-cho, Itano-gun, you'll find Rakutei.
The restaurant is in a single-family home, and has the feel of an old-fashioned ramen shop.
The interior also has a retro feel.
They serve oden.
The menu is simple, just one bowl of Chinese noodles! Chinese noodles with meat.
The soup has a strong soy sauce flavor and is lighter than it looks.
The meat is sweet and spicy, soft and melts in your mouth. It's well balanced.
The noodles are straight and medium-thick, and the thick soup goes well with them.
I'm also happy that they're served in about 3 minutes.
