📍 Seto no Matsuri Sushi

Seto no Matsuri Sushi is a local conveyor belt sushi chain in Shikoku with three stores in Tokushima Prefecture, one in Kagawa Prefecture, and for some reason one in Waikiki, Hawaii.

(However, two of the stores in Tokushima Prefecture are called "Mawaru Sushi Matsuri").

When you sit down, the conveyor belt does not move, and all sushi is served after you order it.

Everything is delicious and famous.

Locally caught fish at a great price!

It seems that it is not well known in the world, but the fish caught in the Seto Inland Sea are actually very delicious.

The Seto Inland Sea, sandwiched between the Shikoku and Chugoku regions, has many small islands floating on it, creating unique currents that are stronger than they look.

In Tokushima, the Naruto whirlpools are famous.

The fish born and raised in the rapids all have firm flesh and a plump texture. The sea is rich in nutrients, so they are full of flavor.

I never thought I'd be able to enjoy such high quality at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant!
