Japan's first park: Ueno Park

Ueno Park was originally owned by the Japanese royal family. It was granted to the city of Tokyo by the late Emperor Taisho in 1924, hence the name "Ueno Park". It is not only the first park in Japan, but also a famous place for cherry blossom viewing. Although the cherry blossom season has passed, the flowers in the garden are very beautiful.
