[Tokyo] WE ROAD connects the east and west of Ikebukuro

Ikebukuro is divided into east and west areas by Ikebukuro Station and the train tracks. The main way to travel between the two areas is through the underground passages under the station, but this can be a hassle when going to areas in the north, and it can be difficult to do so by bicycle. This underground passage is called WE ROAD. It functions as a passage connecting the north side of the east and west sides, and bicycles can also pass through. Unlike the passages near the station, it is simple, so there is no need to worry about getting lost.
