Ginza Sushi Itsutsu opened on 4/18, so there aren't many reviews and it's only on Google Maps in Japanese.

We made a reservation in advance and went there.

It's recommended to make a reservation in advance for Tokyo Omakase.

We made a reservation for 6 o'clock.

We were the first customers.

They greeted us warmly, shouting "Ibeotsai mase~".

It was my first time at Tokyo Omakase, so I had high expectations.

However, Ginza Sushi Itsutsu only spoke Japanese, so communication was difficult. However, they were kind enough to explain each thing that came up on the translator.

The sea urchin was so fresh and delicious!

Is this what sea urchin roe tastes like!! It was really delicious.

I think the fun of Tokyo Omakase lies in the pleasure of watching it being prepared and set up right in front of you.

After the appetizers, the sashimi started to come out.

Octopus and whelk? came out, and the octopus was really sweet, soft, and delicious.

The sashimi was also fresh.

The sushi course began in earnest.

Starting with red sea bream sashimi sushi,
there was also squid sashimi sushi,
and tuna sashimi sushi, which was also really fresh.

My favorite futomaki came out too!

It was also fun to watch them make the futomaki themselves.

The grilled salmon sushi was also really delicious.

We ate like this and ordered one drink per person, and it came to about 100,000 won per person.

At this price, I recommend Sushi Itsutsu, a Ginza restaurant that is a perfect Tokyo value-for-money omakase!!

Word of mouth has already started to spread among Koreans, so it might be hard to make a reservation soon.

If you are looking for Tokyo omakase, I recommend Sushi Itsutsu!
