[Tokyo/Kiyomizu Kannon-do] A hall reminiscent of Kiyomizu-dera Temple

Kiyomizu Kannon Hall is located in Ueno Park.
It was built in 1631 by Tenkai Daisojo.
The hall has a stage modeled after Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto.
Looking across from this hall, you can see Shinobazu Pond and the Bentendo Hall!

It is located on quite a high ground, so looking up from below it is truly reminiscent of Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

Looking around at the people in the hall, most of them were foreign tourists.
