The shop is located near the departure lobby 23 on the second floor of Haneda Airport's Terminal 2. In the evening, they are often sold out and unavailable, but if you arrive or depart in the morning, you can relatively easily choose from a wide selection of products. It's a bit of a hassle to carry when traveling, but on the day I visited, I was able to purchase with zero wait time, so I highly recommend it!
