The outside is beyond crispy!

The inside is filled with bean paste and cream,
and it's delicious no matter where you eat it 🥰

The Sakura at Pan Swiss has cherry blossom bean paste and mochi,
and the matcha and sweet potato bean paste were also the best ☺️
I want to eat it again 😋

The mentaiko bread and shrimp gratin were all delicious,
and I'm curious about their other breads too!

A bread that combines the traditional bread "Brioche Suisse" from the region near the Swiss border in France with the "croissant".

A bread with a striped pattern, made by rolling custard cream and chocolate in croissant dough and baking it.
